Shipping in the US
Most orders are processed within 2-3 days. If need your items quickly, please choose your desired shipping speed when checking out.
PLEASE NOTE- Due to staffing shortages and supply constraints we are currently experiencing some minor difficulties at times.
Delivery outside the U.S. generally takes 2-3 weeks, and Canadian mail usually takes a month. If you need your order faster, please contact us so we can give you an accurate quote for USPS Priority Mail.
Refunds & Exchanges
We've sold over 100,000 prints and framed art and can count on one hand the amount of people that haven't been happy with our work. We strive to make you proud of your purchase and deliver the best customer service.
Exchanges and/or refunds may be granted within one week of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order.
- For items damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the damaged goods and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
- If we were having a case of the Mondays and mailed you the wrong item, please keep it on the house and we will ship the correct item. Pay it forward!
- If you'd like to return your new and undamaged item, we can process a refund for the full amount minus shipping. Return shipping fees are paid by the customer. First class mail with tracking is acceptable for returning items. Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment once we have approved, received, and inspected the returned item(s).
- If you would like to exchange your new item, please contact us within one week of receiving it and advise your order number and what you would like to have replaced. Then please send in the item for us to inventory, restock and send you the new piece.
